We collect information provided by you to us from different channels: contact form or download of documentation on this website, scanning badges or exchange of business cards at exhibition, webinar and white papers download on our website or on the website of our partners (WRBM). The personal data collected are restricted to the minimum information needed to answer correctly your needs: name, company, job title, email address, address, country and telephone number. We make sure that we have appropriate security measures to protect your information. By providing us with your personal details you accept the processing of your details according to these guidelines.

We inform you that you may exercise your right of complaint to the competent regulatory authority, which, in France, is the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). The processing of personal data relating to users of the Fytexia site was the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL) on 19 October 2012 under number A6W0528338U.
The general structure of the site, as well as the software, text, images whether animated or not, their use and all the other elements making up the site are the exclusive property of Fytexia. All representation of this site, whether total partial, by any person without the express authorisation of Fytexia is prohibited and would constitute an infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. This also applies to the databases which may as necessary be included in the website and which are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the directive dated 11 March 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases, and which have been produced by Fytexia.
The marks of Fytexia and of their partners, as well as the logos used on the site, are registered trademarks. All reproduction, total or partial, of these trademarks or these logos produced on the basis of elements within the site without the express authorisation of Fytexia is therefore prohibited within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code.
All litigation regarding use of the “Fytexia” site is subject to French law. The user acknowledges the exclusive competence of the competent courts of Montpellier.
FYTEXIA LABELING GUIDELINES & TRADEMARK LICENSE AGREEMENT
The following guidelines must be adopted by any company who wishes to use the names of FYTEXIA’s Ingredients in the labeling and marketing of products containing those Ingredients.
The use of any of FYTEXIA’s Ingredients names and corresponding logos by a company in finished product labeling and marketing is authorized if and only if an Ingredients’ Names Licensing agreement is established between FYTEXIA and that Company (the “Licensee”) and signed by all parties. As a condition to this Agreement, the Licensee must obtain FYTEXIA’s prior written approval on materials which use the Ingredients’ Names based on the criteria listed below.
Fytexia’s checklist for the valid use of Ingredients’ Names on finished Products:
- Daily dosage complies with Fytexia’s recommendations
- Dosage and number of servings per day are specified on labels
- Ingredients’ Names are mentioned as property of Fytexia
- If used on the front of a package: Ingredients’ Names are used in conjunction with a Finished Product Name, which visibly appears larger
- If logos are used: only Fytexia’s original logos can be used
