Quality

Activate the virtuous circle
“Quality of life (QOL) is defined as the degree to which an individual is healthy, comfortable and able to participate in and enjoy life events. It’s more than just the absence of disease: it’s a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.“ According to the World Health Organization.
Fiit-ns® is a scientifically-studied combination of polyphenols from botanical extracts, clinically proven to prevent metabolic aging for an enhanced quality of life. Vitamin B3 in Fiit-ns® contributes to increase the feeling of energy while reducing tiredness engendered by active lifestyles.

Polyphenols are bioactive compounds demonstrated to help the body rebalance metabolic functions.
Fiit-ns® provides 4 complementary subclasses of polyphenols within the flavonoid category: flavanols, flavanones, procyanidins and anthocyanins.
The combined action of polyphenols from grapefruit, grape, green tea and black carrot with vitamin B3 and low-dose caffeine helps to activate a virtuous circle to reach a better quality of life.

FORMULATION
Science supporting Fiit-ns®
Two clinical studies have been run on Fiit-ns®. Both studies were conducted according to double-blind, randomized, and placebo-controlled protocols.

Improvement of metabolic function

- Lipid profile: significant reduction of triglyceride level (-14%) within 3 months and significant improvement of the HDL-c to LDL-c balance.
- Glycemia: significant impact on pre-diabetes markers with a reduction in fasting glycemia (5.7%) and reduction of glycated hemoglobin (13.6%).
- Oxidative status: significant increase in the level of endogenous superoxide dismutase (30.5%) and reduction in malondialdehyde level (34%).
- Low-grade inflammation: significant reduction in fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, the hepatic marker of inflammation.
Improved body composition

Higher vitality
The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) assesses total physical activity within 4 life domains:
- Working
- Transportation
- Housework and gardening
- Leisure time
The score established in MET-min (Metabolic Equivalent = energy cost of physical activity) represents the level of activity of the subjects measured per week.

Health-related quality of life
Overall quality of life of the subjects has been measured with the international referential SF-36. This questionnaire introduces 36 questions classified in 8 domains that describe physical and mental health.
